Wineracks.com online shop will ship your order to 100% of businesses addresses
in the US , Canada and Puerto Rico, and to every residential address in the
US with FedEx Home Delivery service. There may be some additional charges for
orders to Canada , Alaska , Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are not able to ship
orders internationally through our online ordering process.

details if you would like to ship somewhere other than the locations listed
above or need expedited shipping. We can ship internationally but will likely have to provide you with
a shipping quote based on your specific location. We are here Monday through
Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please be sure to inspect your package before signing for it, if a box appears
to be severely damaged, please refuse the package. Do not sign for anything if
you do not feel it is in good condition. If any item you purchased from WineRacks.com
was damaged in shipping, or appears to be defective, please call us right away
so that we may arrange to repair or replace it. Please keep your original packaging,
as it may be necessary to return your purchase. Have a copy of your invoice or
your on-line order confirmation, so that we may correctly process your order.
Wine Racks
WineRacks.com backs all of our manufactured wine racking with a lifetime guarantee
against defects in both workmanship and materials. We are very proud of the
quality of our wine racks and will make every effort to make sure you are
satisfied with your racking purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied
with your racks, you may return them to us within 30 days, for a refund or
credit. Please call our Customer Service Representatives for a Return Authorization
and the correct return address.
Racks that have been altered in any way from their original specifications
(ex. pieces shortened, reinforced, painted, stained etc.) are not returnable.
Custom-made racks are not returnable, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged
on custom orders canceled after 10 days. Commercial Racking, Wine Cellar Racking and Cooling Units will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling charges are
not refundable unless the wrong items were shipped or merchandise arrived damaged.
We can issue a call tag for your merchandise, and we will deduct the cost of
shipping from the amount of your credit.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
Racking must be returned in its original packaging, please write your return
authorization on the outside of the package. Please be sure to include a copy
of your original invoice or a copy of your on-line order confirmation and the
reason for your return, so that we may correctly process your credit.

and distributors of the products we feature on our site. If for some reason
you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call one of our Customer
Service Representatives for a Return Authorization and correct return address.

Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. Shipping
and handling fees are nonrefundable unless the wrong items were shipped or
